- There is a slight difference in performance if you are using 80ns chips in
- computer which needs 70ns. It won't work :)

- If you have to use wait states then there is difference. But if your motherboard
- accepts 80ns with same waitstates that 70ns then there is no difference.
- Memory chips deliver their contents syncronously to the clock and the clock
- speed does not change with memory speed.
