- I ordered a Gateway 486DX2/66 EISA about a month ago, and got it about 2
- weeks later, including a phone call the day before it arrived telling me
- that it would arrive. When I ordered, the quoted 2-3 1/2 weeks shipping
- time.
-
- My machine has the Ultrastore 24F SCSI controler in it.
-
- Except for the Speedstar 24X video card, which is not truely supported by OS/2
- I have been quite pleased with the system. I can only get SVGA part of the
- time, and text mode only, not graphics mode. 132x44 character screens are nice
- for word processing, but I drop to 640x400 pixels for document review.
-
- I'm sure if I ran Windoze and DOS, I could get SVGA all of the time.
