  26.   Yes it is. Com1 and com3 traditionally use the same IRQ (4) and so do coms
  27. 2 and 4 (IRQ3). Some better devices can be set for other IRQs thus avoiding
  28. this limitation. Solution: set one of the devices to com1 or 3 and the other
  29. to com2 or 4.
