- Yes it is. Com1 and com3 traditionally use the same IRQ (4) and so do coms
- 2 and 4 (IRQ3). Some better devices can be set for other IRQs thus avoiding
- this limitation. Solution: set one of the devices to com1 or 3 and the other
- to com2 or 4.
