- But the 24X will do 1280x1024x16colors and 1280x960x16colors. However,
- it must run interlaced at these resolutions. I thought the Stealth
- had to be interlaced at 1280x1024 too. I would die with an
- interlaced mode, even if it was 1280x1024. 1024x768x256@70Hz
- is good enough for me (for now), and the 24X will go up to 72Hz at
- this resolution, though my monitor won't.

- Anyone trying to decide between the 24X and the stealth or the ultra
- should remember that the stealth and the ultra can draw non-vertical or
- non-horizontal lines in hardware but the 24X cannot. Drawing arbitrary
- lines fast is really important for CAD work but not important for other
- things. For business, dtp and most hobbyist use, windows spends almost
- almost all of it's time doing bitblits, scrolling, drawing
- text, moving windows, drawing and filling rectangles: all of which
- the 24X can do really fast in hardware.
