  33. I agree completely. I have a WD Caviar280 I have low level formated it
  34. twice in the last year and half. Both time I had no other option. 
  35. Once I was tring to install an MFM card in the system and its controller
  36. card stuffed up my IDE hd's FAT nothing could recognize that the
  37. drive was there both times I used the disk manager and I don't even have
  38. a bad sector on the drive.

  40. Just don't send me mail I have heard this and that. But I'd love to
  41. hear from any one who has LL formated an IDE drive and by doing so
  42. he has stuffed up the drive.
