- I just switched from an HP-400 running HP-UX 8.00 to a 720 running
- HP-UX 8.07. On the 400 I used datebook regularly to keep track of
- appointments, and had no problems. On the 720, datebook dies
- frequently (and just vanishes from the screen with no error messages).
- Actions as simple as clicking the arrow to advance to the next month
- immediately after starting datebook cause it to die. I have tried
- deleting my old .datebookrc and .events files, and removing all
- "datebook*..." resources from my .Xdefaults. This makes no
- difference. On the other hand, someone down the hall has a 710 with
- the same version of HP-UX, uses datebook regularly, and has no
- problems. When I try running on that machine, I have the same
- problems as on the 720. Any ideas anyone?
