- Since a few days I have problems to start VUE. Start VUE with init 3;exit
- shows the Login-LOGO, but it is impossible to login, i.e. after a few
- minutes the Login-LOGO reappears.
- As root, executing /etc/vuerc, I can login usually
- What is now the difference between init3;exit and manually executing /etc/vuerc???
- The /etc/inittab is the original.
- Could it be a Permission or Security Problem
- Any clues gracefully by E-mail or posters accepted.
-
- FYI, we run a HP720 under HP-UX 8.07 in a Mixed Cluster with other HP300.
-
- Cheers
