  14. This is just a short message to let you all know that the majority of
  15. files which were in the New directory have been moved to their respective
  16. directories (and the Newitems directory has been updated).  I would like
  17. to take this time to request that whenever you upload a file into the
  18. New directory, you also upload a text file describing the upload and giving
  19. an e-mail address where you can be reached.  As an example:

  25. This archive contains the complete set of OSS Personal Pascal programming
  26. articles written by David Meile in 1986.

  30. I would like to ask for reuploads of the following files:

  32.     pt13demo.lzh
  33.     unarj_st.lzh
  34.  
  35. Both of these files had CRC errors, and thus did not get placed in the
  36. atari.archive directories.

  38. Also, would the person(s) who uploaded the following please send me an
  39. e-mail message telling me about the files?

  42.     ldrdemo.tos
  43.     dfslide.msa
  44.  
  45. Without any documentation, .PRG and .TOS files are next to impossible to
  46. place correctly, and checking them out is also an impossible task.

  48. Anyway, with the huge backlog of files out of the way, new upload turnaround
  49. should be fairly quick.  Keep those files coming folks!
