- ST Zip 2.0 (available at atari.archive and others I believe) will handle
- files that unzip 5.0 will handle (i.e. the latest ZIP version with the
- higher compression).
-
- As for compression methods, there's versions of ZIP/LZH/ZOO for
- Unix/ST/IBM & others. Personally, I keep things in LZH mode, as it has
- the best compression (other than the new ZIP, which is a little better).
- But at the moment I'm not about to convert ALL my files from LZH to ZIP
- (was a trip eough converting them from ARC to LZH, though worth the
- effort)...
