  13. About one year ago i wrote a program (for PCs) to read, write AND FORMAT
  14. disks  for the XL (only double density - like the other existing programs
  15. to access XL-Disks).
  16. There is only one problem: if you are using an AT with a HD (1.2MB) drive
  17. - remember: HD disks rotate with 360 RPM instead of the usual 300 RPM -
  18. it is unsave writing to disks formatted on the XL. Formatting disks on
  19. the PC causes no problems (reading & writing with the XL is ok).

  21. The program is menu-driven but cannot handle MYDOS-SubDirs.
  22. I'm currently working on a new version including 3.5" HD-Disks and MYDOS
  23. SubDirs.
