- About one year ago i wrote a program (for PCs) to read, write AND FORMAT
- disks for the XL (only double density - like the other existing programs
- to access XL-Disks).
- There is only one problem: if you are using an AT with a HD (1.2MB) drive
- - remember: HD disks rotate with 360 RPM instead of the usual 300 RPM -
- it is unsave writing to disks formatted on the XL. Formatting disks on
- the PC causes no problems (reading & writing with the XL is ok).
-
- The program is menu-driven but cannot handle MYDOS-SubDirs.
- I'm currently working on a new version including 3.5" HD-Disks and MYDOS
- SubDirs.
-
- If anyone is interested, please mail. (Sourcecode is in TopSpeed Modula 2,
- Version 1.17)

- so long,
