  11. is the info "sheet" for the brand new Digi-Studio package. To make it easier
  12. on you all, Digi-Studio is available in US direct from my US distributor.

  23. Digi-Studio is a set of programs for the 8-bit Atari (XL/XE) for creating 
  24. music using "real" sounds, which have been digitized. The Digi-Studio package
  25. contains everything you will need to create and play music using digitized
  26. sounds. Here's a list of the programs included:

  28.  * Keyboard Player. Allows you to play music live by using the computer's
  29.    keyboard like a piano keyboard. The sounds produced are, of course, 
  30.    digitized. This program has fully responsive keys, so that sounds only
  31.    play for as long as you hold the key down.

  33.  * Tune Player. This program plays Digi-Studio tune files using digitized
  34.    sounds.
  35.  
  36.  * Sample Editor. This program allows you to edit sound samples by using
  37.    a joystick. It also has "cut and paste" facilities, so you can also create
  38.    your own samples.
  39.  
  40.  * Tune Compiler. This program allows you to play Digi-Studio tune files
  41.    in your own Basic or Turbo-Basic programs.

  43.  * LIDS Compiler. This program allows you to create your own Digi-Studio
  44.    tune files by use of a language called LIDS.

  46. Also included are 55 sound samples, and 44 ready-to-play Digi-Studio
  47. tune files.

  49. The Digi-Studio system comes on 2 DS/SD disks. Disk one contains the main
  50. programs and a starter pack of sounds and tunes. Disk two contains more
  51. samples and sounds for use with Digi-Studio.

  53. The Digi-Studio system is also supplied with a 44 page manual in A4 size. This
  54. manual has sections describing all the programs listed, but also has a lengthy
  55. section on how to read music. An appendix has also been added containing 
  56. music along with the corresponding LIDS programs.
