Although I have had an Internet account for a few months now, this is my first public post. I am writing mainly to introduce my slightly (:-)) over-the-top .sig. I realise it is rediculously huge, but I make no apology for its size.
It represents the User Group of which I am the founder, Chairperson and newsletter editor, and its size is in inverse proportion to the level of Apple II support we get here in Perth, Western Australia. We call ourselves WAppleII and we devote our energies entirely to the promotion of the use and development of the Apple II family of computers in this little corner of the world.
We are a motley collection of amateurs from ranging from raw beginners to experts, but we all love our Apple IIs. I hope to be here for the duration - until the day they come and drag me screaming from my ancient keyboard, so expect to see this huge billboard appear on your screens at regular intervals from now on.
