  20. A lot of us know to not take A+/InCider too seriously, but, unfortunately, I'm
  21. sure many people do not, and that bad review will be detrimental to you :(
  22. You should write a letter saying perhaps there review was not fair and they
  23. should perhaps examine a newer version, etc.
