- To Jay and everyone else...
-
- Yeah, I just tried out Muffin, and it works. Slowly, but it works. And, it
- even accepts wildcards when prompting for filenames. Using the '=' key
- converts the entire disk, file by file.
-
- I agreed to help Tim Tobin's Lost Classic Project. Tim is the librarian on
- GEnie's A2, and he was the guy that managed to talk Paul Lutus into
- releasing AppleWriter as freeware.
-
- I feel that it's Tim Tobin's place to announce new titles as they are
- released. I'll help publicize them after they are released. I don't want to
- take any of the wind out of Tim Tobin's sails; he's the man that deserves
- the credit for starting the Lost Classic project.
-
- The only thing I'll say further is that I now have the answer to the
- question that always comes up when a bunch of Apple II old-timers get
- together. That question, of course, is..."What ever happened to Bill Budge?"
-
- And, for the answer, you're just going to have to read my Shareware
- Solutions column in inCider/A+, or watch on GEnie when Tim announces some
- new Lost Classics.
-
- I'm mum on the subject. Don't even ask. No journalist would pre-announce the
- scoop of the year, and neither will I.
