- No, they are just calculating that if the file compressor does on
- average a 50% file compression rate, you will in a sense "double" your hard
- drive space because you can have twice as many files on the hard drive as
- before. It can be a misleading term, but it is correct. However, the physical
- hard drive size does not change, so no worry about changing partiton sizes.
