  18. Seems unlikely.  If Nintendo had purchased Commodore (1) the stock price
  19. would have jumped (2) The Wall Street Journal would have published the fact
  20. and (3) I'd have received a notification and proxy for the meeting at which
  21. the merger would be voted on (I'm a shareholder).  Since none of those
  22. things have happened (unless I've been napping re. the WSJ article) I
  23. suspect this is just a silly rumor.
