  39. stupid. I really should not bother to comment such bull, but anyway: 
  40. I guess you would be really pleased if someone commited a crime towards you, 
  41. everybody knew who the criminal was, and then he is left to go free because 
  42. it's common to break the law. What signal does that give to the public ?

  44. If this pirate was arrested, several might conclude that pirates do get 
  45. caught, and stay away from it.
