- You should be able to tell by rom revision number. Check the version
- of kickstart (from WB or a shell). If it's 37.299, you'll need a new ROM to
- add an IDE harddrive. If it's 37.300, you won't. As george said, apparently
- most A600's non-HD's have shipped with 299, though some have shipped with
- 300's for various reasons.
