- 2.1 may be around the corner, but it looks like you will use the 2.04 ROM
- eg: KICKSTART, and 2.1 will be a WB update. It is not hard at all. Tear
- that baby apart, find the ROM(it's very close to the 68000 if I remember
- right. Hadn't seen the 500 internals since I bought my 3000). Take a
- screwdriver and gently pry the chip a little from both ends until it comes
- out. There is a jumper wire on top of the 2.04 ROM that you may or may
- not need to cut according to the revision of your motherboard. A paper
- that comes with the kit will tell you which revisions need it and which
