  22. TAX and SPEND is infinitely better than the TAX and BORROW that we had 
  23. under Reagan and Bush.  Keep in mind that our Federal Deficit every year is
  24. nearly equal to the intrest that we have to pay on the debt.  Maybe you should
  25. blame the administration that brought about the debt and not the one that's
  26. going to take the responsibility to do something about it.
