- Has anyone here come across the problem where BMP files
- generated by ADPRO nolonger load as wallpaper in windows 3.1 yet load
- fine into Paint Brush and BMPVIEW? I find that loading them into Paint
- Brush and resaving the file under a new name solves the problem, but
- raises questions. Is Windows 3.1 buggy or is ADPRO? I have a file that
- was generated by ADPRO and a copy that was resaved by Paint Brush if
- anyone wants to examine them (like ASDG support???) for specific
- differences. I also have .PCX files that were supposed to be 16 color
- but ADPRO saved as 256 color. Perry insists this problem was fixed
- months ago, but I have upgraded to ADPRO 2.1 and still have the problem.
- (though I didn't try saving as an EGA file, could that be the problem?
- If so it goes against their otherwise consistant interface).
