- Kermit,
-
- Good to see a response to ASDG's ludicrous, misleading and outragously
- unfair comparison sheet from you.
-
- We'll have one tomorrow, timed with the release of just a few more goodies
- in the latest Imagemaster (9.22).
-
- Perry must have completely lost his mind this time - that sheet is not only
- pretty silly, it is chock full of outright lies and provocative stupidity as
- well. We're going to set his boxers on fire for him; I don't know how anyone
- can take him at his word anyway, after the blatent lies in the ads (Cinemorph
- being 3 to 11x faster than anything else, when in fact it's the slowest
- package on the Amiga, for instance) and the rest of the crudola about
- the "easiest to use" (Cinemorph clearly wins here, and any comments to the
- contrary should be stuffed back down the throat of anyone silly enough to
- make em broadly after USING CineMorph for a while).
-
- As for morph+ being intuitive... I've not heard that from anyone but ASDG,
- so far - nor do I expect to hear it from anyone who has tried either your
- product or ours; I own it, and it's anything but easy to use. Plus, a lot of
- the difficulty is due to very real and significant restrictions on some the
- capabilities they brag about - like transparency and velocity being limited
- to cookiecut regions - crippling, difficult to use effectively, and all
- around not well thought out.
-
- As for "being compatible with AdPro" being an advantage.... all I can do
- is laugh in amazement - that's like calling a price increase a consumer
- opportunity" :^)
-
- Anyway, we'll have some things to say tomorrow.
-
- Have fun.
-
- Ben
