  14. This is getting as dirty as a political campaign.  I've never seen such a 
  15. large bunch of biased, misleading, and downright false claims.  My opinion
  16. of all three companies involved is going down the toilet.  When will 
  17. people learn, smear tactics backfire when used to reach educated audiences.
  18. Please keep it clean.

  20. A related topic:  Why not spend more of your energies improving other, less
  21. fad oriented aspects of your software?  I've heard a lot more about Morph +
  22. than I have about improvements to ADPro, I product that I'm sure will be of 
  23. much greater use to me 6 months from now than Morphing.  Of the upgrades 
  24. continuously pumped out by Black Belt, it morphing they seem to be spending 
  25. most effort in.  Please, both of these products have other, "bigger" things 
  26. that could be improved.  Here's a few suggestions:

  28. ASDG:  How about making ADPro more memory efficient?  There have been plenty
  29. of times I've had to reboot my machine to get an image to load into ADPro
  30. on my 12 Meg machine.  I know speed is your issue, but it would be nice if I
  31. could sacrifice a little speed to be able to use that non-contiguous mem I 
  32. sometimes have.  Image Master does not have this inconvenience.  Also, why not
  33. give the user the option of whether to convert everything to 24bit?  When I 
  34. want to crop a very large 2 color map I'm planning on using in 3d, it  would
  35. be nice to use your wonderful cropping tools (this one goes for BB too).

  37. Black Belt:
  38. Why not spend time making your sequence editor a little more user friendly?  
  39. This one of the tools I find most promising.  With a little work it could be
  40. a full blown rotoscoping powerhouse.  Make all path setting, script selecting,
  41. etc. interactive by using file requestors.  Give us more batch selection 
  42. options.  Take a look at the Nucleous PSFC for examples of how to make it
  43. more powerful.  I'll give more specific suggestions on this if you like.  The
  44. potential here is HUGE.  To augment this, letting users create script 
  45. sequences by selecting the functions to use would save lots of time in 
  46. creating simple scripts.

  48. This has gotten long, but I hope it's worth it.  Please do not take this a 
  49. flame on anyone.  I'm just trying to get us on to improving each product, and
  50. to see a little less throat tearing.
