  17. Hm, well I'm not a loyal TERM user nor do I really intend to be at the time,
  18. but I did come across something that might be worth considering.

  20. My roomie is looking for software useful to blind or vision-impaired folks,
  21. basically stuff that will use the SPEAK: device (I know, no longer supported
  22. but SO WHAT) to process text.  It would be nice to have a rexx command or
  23. port to enable the simultaneous display of text on screen and the speaking
  24. of it out loud.

  26. OATUS:  She was certain that there existed at one time a do-all utility that
  27. would capture all text displayed and process it through SPEAK:  anyone heard
  28. of this and/or know where I could dredge it up?  TIA.
