  19. You've just answered your question.  .ZIP is usually a terrible
  20. compression format, and your modem is further able to compress your file
  21. giving you the 1800cps (which is impossible if you aren't using
  22. compression).

  24. 1650 is the normal transfer rate (depending on speed of the systems,
  25. drives etc..) of Data that is uncompressable (Ie LHA, or .DMS in its DEEP
  26. mode)
