- What do you have against trying out the best settings for you?
- Print the document without -h and -v (e.g. with 1 inch on both sites)
- and measure the difference between your output and the position you would
- like. Change the -h and -v accordingly and all should be ok. :)
- ( I think I use hoff=0.6in and some similar at -v)
