  18. expensive relative to most Arc software.

  27. that general support from this company is rather poor. Hopefully I am wrong
  28. and somebody will post with details of the superb support which they have
  29. received.

  35. See comments above. Techwriter is a very capable package, and for people
  36. who do not need a page designer, but who are interested in writing letters,
  37. technical and scientific documents, Techwriter is much more likely to
  38. satisfy your needs than Impression II.
