The next version of Impression II really does need to have some new
features, particularly for technical and scientific publishing. I
think this is likely to happen, because CC (rightly) fear the
competition from TechWriter, published by Icon Technology in Leicester.

Techwriter is a superb package - it only really suffers because of
the price - 250 pounds (although some discounts are available).

Computer Concepts have always been extremely fair to me when it comes to
upgrades and customer support. (Recently, when my LaserDirect went
wrong, they offered me a  replacement at trade price if the old one
could not be repaired. Unfortunately, Ian Copestake was advertising
the same printer at less than the "trade price". Fortunately, it was
cheaper to get the printer repaired (although still a ripoff)).
