- The next version of Impression II really does need to have some new
- features, particularly for technical and scientific publishing. I
- think this is likely to happen, because CC (rightly) fear the
- competition from TechWriter, published by Icon Technology in Leicester.

- Techwriter is a superb package - it only really suffers because of
- the price - 250 pounds (although some discounts are available).

- Computer Concepts have always been extremely fair to me when it comes to
- upgrades and customer support. (Recently, when my LaserDirect went
- wrong, they offered me a replacement at trade price if the old one
- could not be repaired. Unfortunately, Ian Copestake was advertising
- the same printer at less than the "trade price". Fortunately, it was
- cheaper to get the printer repaired (although still a ripoff)).
