  22. I seem to recall that the radar display design used in Elite was
  23. patented or some such. I've seen 4D's add and the radar display looks
  24. very much like that on Elite. So, this might be what Braben has sued
  25. 4D for.

  27. The game looked quite good in the add (but which game doesn't ;-), so
  28. it would be a shame if it didn't come out. I doubt that 4D will simply
  29. drop th game, at the worst they will pay a license fee to Braben.
