- As part of my 'turbo A5000' project, I am developing a system speed indexing/
- benchmark application. It is based on v3.09 of !SI by 'J.Abbot' and is the
- version I believe is on Newcastle.
-
- I would be very interested in any of the following ;
-
- * A more recent version of !SI
- * Any smart benchmarking software
- * Any ideas for what you want the new !SI to do
- * Any techie-bits about reading things from the hardware (eg, what is the
- currently used VIDC crystal??, how to distinguish between a VIDC1 and 1a,
- etc)
- * Some way of contacting 'J.Abbot' - who is he ??!
-
- BTW - I will sometime soon release a new version of !SI, along with a very
- detailed description of all the things I have done to my A5000, and timings,
- etc. Please don't email me about how to hack A30x0/Ax00/etc in the meantime -
- I am being overwelmed by such requests !!
