- Hi,
-
- I'm trying to get information on Cosy software. I tried posting a
- message earlier, but it seems I posted it to comp.sources by mistake. I
- received a message telling me what I'd done, but have just recently
- gotten the time to pose my question in the correct conference. Sorry
- for any problems I might have caused.
-
- I believe the Cosy software was originally developed by the University
- of Guelph (Canada) but was then sold to a private firm. If anyone has
- any information concerning the current status of the Cosy software,
- would you please send it to me at:
-
- wdaniels@lynx.northeastern.edu
-
- If there is another "conferencing" tool you can receommend, then please
- do so. I need a simple interface that allows users to read new
- articles in conferences of their own choice. They should be allowed to
- post their own articles or reply to existing articles in select
- conferences. Users should also be able to mail selected articles elsewhere.
-
- The software needs to run on a Sun SPARC platform (630MP). Source code
- would be preferred in case modifications need to be made. Multiple
- users at the same time must be supported.
-
- Thanks a lot for you help!
