  18. TickIT is the British scheme for getting software registered to the ISO
  19. standards.  They have a scheme for 9001 and a new one for 9002.  It gives
  20. a structure to the registration process, what suppliers should have in
  21. their quality management system, what purchasers should do, and the
  22. qualitifications needed for auditors.  You can get a copy of the TickIT book
