  21. Mark Resmer at Sonoma State University has written both a VMS 
  22. DCL command procedure and some sort of shell script for accessing 
  23. libraries and databases on the Internet.  Both are available via 
  24. anonymous ftp in the /pub directory on sonoma.edu.  You might want 
  25. to take a look these before you roll your own...
