  11.     A question regarding  DA's. The 84/88 standard requires that if
  12.     you use a DDA you must also specify a PRMD or S field.

  14.     Why?  I can understand the PRMD, but not the S. And for a mail system,
  15.     like MCImail, which does not use a PRMD, they "throw away" the S field.
