  10. I am looking for some serious advice.  I want to switch my network
  11. from a mixture of Phase I and Phase II entities over to Phase II
  12. only.

  17. (with about 100 local Macintoshes)

  25. Asante Ethernet Cards

  27. Phase I & II capable           ----> Phase II 
  28.                     (easy user option)

  40. I currently have no Phase II routers.  
  41. I realize that I can set up the Gatorboxes as 
  42. Phase 1/2 Transition routers where they can see both phase I 
  43. and Phase II.  
  44. I also know that all routers must have matching zone information
  45. for Phase II.
  46.  
  47. I am wondering what is the correct way for me to set up
  48.     the actual routing,
  49.     the new zone names, 
  50.     the network numbers,
  51.     and the network ranges.
  52. How do I give out these numbers?  Who should do the routing?
  53. Can I use the same Zone names on the gatorboxes if they are
  54. transition routers?  
  55.  
  56. I have played around with various things, and I really wish
  57. to avoid a mess.

  59. Any advise would be appreciated.
