  21.   The "missing" files support the X Shape Extension, a feature DEC doesn't
  22. provide in the VMS version for some reason. However, I think that may be
  23. unrelated to your crash, since I've run things which request that extension
  24. and haven't had any ACCVIO's. Of course, you don't get much useful screen
  25. output...
