- Can anyone tell me what sort of COPY, BACKUP etc. type command I need
- to use under VMS to read magnetic tapes of unknown format. Under Unix
- I would use "dd" on the raw tape device. I don't need to have any
- interpretation of the data performed ie. I just want to end up with a
- big file (or files) containing the contents of the tape.
