- Having a satellite in a different DECnet area is permitted.

- When you change the DECnet address for a node, the SCS System ID gets changed
- at the same time. Cluster nodes which are still up see a new node trying to
- join, with the same SCS node name but a different SCS System ID than before,
- and refuse to have anything to do with it. Rebooting the existing nodes will
- clear their knowledge of the old SCSNODE/SCSSYSTEMID combination, and allow the
- satellite to join the cluster.
