  12.    I am trying to find the device monitors api in the CSET/2 toolkits
  13.    and am having no luck.  Has the API been changed in OS/2 2.0?
  14.    If yes, what is the current equivalent?  I did notice a reference
  15.    to DosMonReg in the Generic IOCTL section of the refs but cant
  16.    believe that is all there is to it.
