  21. why don;t you look at the OS/2 port of GNU dbm? IT's on ftp-os2.nmsu.edu.

  23. I've checked the sources a bit, and it looks like flock() isn't used for
  24. OS/2. ( I think OS/2 and EMX default to lcking out writes anyway)
