- I just got the "Learning to Program OS/2 2.0 PM by Example" book by
- Knight, and I'm questioning its worth. It seems to be pretty thin, and
- merely to touch on a bunch of PM topics.
-
- Would the Petzold book be a better place to start learning PM
- programming? This book is much larger, and seems to cover stuff in
- much more detail. Its only drawback is that it is written for V1.1.
-
- Since it is written for the old 16-bit API, is it still applicable to
- the current OS incarnation? And is Petzold comptemplating writing a
- new version of this book?
-
- Thanks in advance,
-
