- I have an answer from IBM on this, but I would like a little re-affirmation
- from anyone in the know, since I'm not sure I believe them:

- In order to run DDCS/2 (Distributed Database Connection Services) as a client,
- is it necessary to have the Database Server installed, or would the
- Database Manager alone suffice? All I am interested in doing is using
- DDCS to access data on a remote database.
