  20. It is.  Ask the seller to provide you with a letter of transfer (just
  21. a signed statement indicating that the seller has agreed to the terms
  22. of transfer in the IBM license agreement).

  24. You should also file the Change of Address card in the OS/2 package so
  25. that you are on IBM's mailing list.
