  13. The DAP CD _is_ very certainly available in Canada.  It is not a normal
  14. product though so it is not available through normal channels.

  16. To get it, join the World-Wide Developer's Assistance Progam (FREE, open to
  17. _anyone_ developing for OS/2) by calling (416)946-3786.  Leave a message,
  18. and they will call you back within 24hrs.  You should get Ken Fadelle's 
  19. answering machine, since he is in charge of this program in Canada.
  20. They'll fax you a sign-up sheet, which you then fax back to them.

  22. When they call back, ask about the CD (which is FREE! in Canada).  There
  23. are 2 versions right now, ver2 which is a cleaned up version of ver1, both
  24. of which expire on Dec 15,1992.  There is also now ver3, which expires
  25. in Feb, 1993.  The expiry dates on these are because they are _betas_, and
  26. they want you to keep up with the latest level (so you aren't "beta testing"
  27. already released software).
