  15. I am sure there will be a good many number of OS/2 users who are totally 
  16. confused by all the floods of updates. CSD, udpate packages, DLL updates
  17. etc etc. If IBM wasn't sure of bug fixes, why did they released it in the
  18. first place? Also, why there is no official notification of updates ?

  20. There also seems to be a lack of guidance for novice users like myself.
  21. I was browsing thru the directories of hobes and found that there is a 
  22. whole dirctory filled with updated and fixes. No who is to tell that which
  23. one are for which problem and which ones are really worth applying.

  25. Then there is new CSD. What does it do any way. Every day there are a few
  26. reports on usenet that problems/performance got worse after applying CSD.
  27. Now who is to ask about that? What problems does it fix and when is it
  28. worth applying...????
