- cache off, then later turned cache on. OS/2 would not always load. IBM tech

- (and in fact, OS/2 will not let me change speeds on my computer with the
- turbo button, since it alo turns the cahce on and off.) then when I reinstalled
- with the cache on, it worked again (with the cache also staying on, of course).
