  17. If you do this, you might have to reinstall OS/2. I once had it installed with
  18. cache off, then later turned cache on. OS/2 would not always load. IBM tech
  19. support said that the cache should not be changed, or problems will develop.
  20. (and in fact, OS/2 will not let me change speeds on my computer with the
  21. turbo button, since it alo turns the cahce on and off.) then when I reinstalled
  22. with the cache on, it worked again (with the cache also staying on, of course).
