  28. Yes, it is possible.  load the icon into the icon editor and bring up
  29. Device List, and select
  30.  
  31. (Independent)1 Bits/pixel, 16x16, 0x0, 0x0

  33. edit that, save the file, and Voila`!  You've gotten a new small icon.

  35. The small ones made by cvtico are actually interpolated from the big
  36. icons by OS/2 automatically, I think, instead of being explicitly in
  37. the .ICO file.
