- I am in the process of upgrading my struggling 8086 to a shiny new 486 and
- am considering the benefits of OS/2 2.0. I have a couple of queries which
- I wonder if anyone can answer.
-
- - Does it now support TrueType fonts in Windows 3.1 apps?
- - What multimedia support does it have? Will Windows 3.1 sound card
- drivers work with it or does it come with its own drivers?
- - When OS/2 has been booted from a floppy, can it access and run DOS
- software in the HPFS partition?
-
- If anyone can answer any of these questions or give me some general advice
- I would be very grateful.
- Chris.
