- Well I see this everytime I dragged an icon under 2.0 GA when using the in
- port mouse with an ATI Graphics Vantage 1MBs ONLY when I configure the
- card to drive the monitor at a vertical refresh > 72 Hz. Nobody replied
- on the net, ATI claimed ignorance, and the IBM Tech support was clueless
- too. If the card was at 72 Hz, then no problem.

- I also have the problem of dragging > 10 selected files in an open drive
- folder (details view). The movement is delayed and clunky--screen update
- is only over size of real estate ~ area of an icon.
