  36. Well I see this everytime I dragged an icon under 2.0 GA when using the in
  37. port mouse with an ATI Graphics Vantage 1MBs ONLY when I configure the
  38. card to drive the monitor at a vertical refresh > 72 Hz.  Nobody replied
  39. on the net, ATI claimed ignorance, and the IBM Tech support was clueless
  40. too.  If the card was at 72 Hz, then no problem.

  42. I also have the problem of dragging > 10 selected files in an open drive
  43. folder (details view).  The movement is delayed and clunky--screen update
  44. is only over size of real estate ~ area of an icon.
