- When you run the program (TVGACRT.EXE?) to set your video mode
- (eg. 800x600x16 NON-INTERLACED) before running SVGA ON, it wants
- to put this file in CONFIG.SYS (and probably blows up if it can't
- find it).

- I let it do it and then took it back out. I think it does the
- same thing as SVGA ON - only for DOS. It seems to serve no purpose
- in OS/2.
